We offer a FREE click and collect service from Bowerbird On Argyle in Moss Vale NSW on all items including furniture, mirrors, wall art and rugs. We will be in contact as soon as your order is ready to be collected. All click and collect orders must be picked up within 14 days of being ready.
Orders up to the value of $150 (excluding Furniture, Rugs, Wall Art + Mirrors) are shipped in Australia for $15.00 flat rate.
Orders over the value of $150.00 (excluding Furniture, Rugs, Wall Art + Mirrors) are shipped in Australia for FREE.
Furniture, Rugs, Wall Art and Mirrors are shipped to NSW and ACT for a flat rate of $99.00

Dispatching online orders
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).
If it takes longer to dispatch your order or we experience stock issues we will let you know straight away by email.
Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed the tracking details.
Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receipt to email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original non-damaged packaging.
Bowerbird on Argyle does not cover the cost of delivery on returned items. It is the purchases responsibility to ensure the item is returned for processing. We suggest the purchaser uses tracking when returning all items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Non returnable items include gift cards, opened skin care or personal fragrance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Once your returned item(s) is processed we will provide you with a store credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be advised of the return.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
