Carvings, profile placements and small features can differ slightly. Every piece is unique and has its own special unique signature. Our products are constructed in solid mahogany and hold characteristics of natural timber with knots, grain features and joinery. Wood stain colors, painted and gilded finishes and upholstery may appear differently from your computer screen or device. We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please select carefully.
About the Augustine Furniture Collection
Often used in Swedish royal palaces, the Gustavian style dates back to the 1780's. This style of furniture was influenced by te Rococo Style, and thereafter the Neoclassic Style. The pale hues of white, grey and cream colours and elegantly worm patina turn these Scandinavian furniture pieces into classical elements and the distressed and slightly textured finish brings antique charm and ensures each piece is utterly unique. Each is individually hand carved and hand finished.
Combined with the slim design structures, the paintwork creates an overwhelming sense of calm and clarity. Overall, our Augustine Furniture Collection is the perfect way to create a classic and elegant look in any room.
Shipping & Return
xAdditional Freight and Shipping Cost Notice For All Orders Over $150
Orders over the value of $150 may incur an additional fee for freight and shipping, based on size, packaging and post code variants to the order.
Customers who's total order exceeds $150 and who contains heavy, breakable, sizeable or products that require extensive packaging will be contacted with an additional fee to arrange payment for, by our friendly customer support team.
If you are not happy with paying for the cost of freight and shipping when yo you are contacted, you will be eligible to request a no-questions, no-conditions full refund on your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, as we work to find a more suitable freight and shipping option to process customer orders online.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
