Well made and purposeful, the Augustine Grande Bedside Table features fluted lines inspired by Gustavian style, giving the piece cachet and French refinement. The hybrid of French and Swedish design showcasing both style and substance aplenty!

Intricately carved from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests, the top of the table with its sloping edges doubles in function as a removable tray. (Le petit déjeuner au lit, avec croissant et café au lait!)

The single drawer presents fluted detailing, and a lower shelf provides additional storage. The drawer is finished with a recycled metal pull handle. The bedside table is hand-finished in a distressed artisanal patina of French fawn and antique stone.

About the Augustine Furniture Collection

Often used in Swedish royal palaces, the Gustavian style dates back to the 1780's. This style of furniture was influenced by te Rococo Style, and thereafter the Neoclassic Style. The pale hues of white, grey and cream colours and elegantly worm patina turn these Scandinavian furniture pieces into classical elements and the distressed and slightly textured finish brings antique charm and ensures each piece is utterly unique.
